Participants will be immersed in sounds and vibrations to help massage sore muscles, release stagnant energy and initiate a deep relaxing meditative state of mind.

Pathways to Empowerment Speaker's Forum
Five Speakers will present information on programs and classes and offer take home, useable knowledge on the use of Meditation as Therapeutic Intervention, Life Coaching Empowerment Programs, Qi Gong for Health and Vocal Empowerment as well as a short Gong Immersion Group Experience.
