David Cowan: RN, HN-BC, CNMT, LMT, Holistic Nurse/Bodyworker, Certified Chi-Lel® Medical Qigong Instructor, Creator of: Caring for the Caregiver® A hospital-based Holistic Education Program.
Patti Shaffner: RDH, CHt, Certified Zentangle® Instructor, Jazz Singer & Vocal Mentor: Singing The Awakened Heart®.

Patti & David together have over 25 years of experience leading Consciousness Raising Workshops and Performing Inspirational Music - Patti is an Improvisational Jazz Singer & Vocal Mentor, Guitarist and Songwriter... David is an accomplished Singer/Songwriter, Multi-instrumentalist and Drummer... They have been active in Community Building, Alternative Health Education, Drumming, Circle Singing, Gonging and Healing Ceremonies, and also active in Visual & Performing Arts. Both have taught Transformational Self-Development Workshops, reaching out on Local and National levels... Patti is an award-winning Theatre Director, Stage Actor and Recording Artist... David is a former Hospice Nurse, an Author and Qigong Instructor who has produced 2 home-study Medical Qigong DVDs: "Lift Qi Up & Pour Qi Down in Paradise" Volumes I & II - filmed on location in Hawaii. They love to travel and teach and entertain large and small groups - either together as a musical duo - or separately as individual artists... They consciously model their lives on the Sufi Ideal of Embracing The Beloved in ALL Things... Patti is a Certified Zentangle®Teacher (CZT), a Certified Hypnotherapist and Cranio-Sacral Therapist.., David is a Lomi Lomi Bodyworker, Holistic Nurse/Healer, Alternative Medicine Expert and Life Coach. As active grandparents, they enjoy sharing laughter, good food and beach-time with their eleven grandchildren!

Jason Kniola: MS, NCC, LMHC, LCAC, Certified Addictions & Family Counselor, Hakomi® Practitioner.
Cari Kniola: BS, Project Manager of Clinical Research, Community Coordinator & Non-Profit Organization Board Member.

Cari & Jason have been pursuing Sacred Relationship & Spiritual Development together for 20 years. For the past 10 years they have been annual hosts to the Tibetan "Yellow Hat School" Monks who visit from Drepung Monastery in India; opening their home to the monks and providing organizational expertise during their stays in our area to perform Tibetan Sacred Arts - including the famous: World Peace Sand Mandala... Jason has been a student of Qigong, Yoga, Zen Meditation, Tibetan Prayer and Traditional Buddhist Chanting for more than 15 years. He has created prison-based meditation groups, worked with troubled children and teens, offers Western Psychotherapy & Addictions Counseling and also Hakomi® Body-Centered Psychotherapy... Cari is a project research manager for an international Bio-Med Research Company and serves as an active member on the Board of Directors of several Non-Profit Organizations. They are both committed spiritual seekers and they are skilled group-facilitators; frequently hosting Transformational Events, Drumming Circles, Gong Ceremonies and even our Organic Gardening Club. Their other passions include being in Nature, especially hiking and camping with their two children... Jason is a marathon runner. Cari prefers her super-fun and super-messy charity mud runs!
